Meditation Course

A 15-hrs course spread 5 weeks designed to help you move beyond surface-level relaxation into the deeper layers of your being. This is not just meditation “techniques” but a systematic inner exploration, guiding you step by step to experience your true self. This is for the spiritual seekers who are ready to take their journey beyond the mind and body.
What this course is about
In this journey, we go beyond the mind and explore the five koshas (sheaths) that make up our existence according to yogic philosophy:
• Annamaya Kosha (Food Sheath) → Awareness of the physical body, health, and grounding.
• Pranamaya Kosha (Energy Sheath) → Understanding and balancing the flow of prana (life-force energy).
• Manomaya Kosha (Mental Sheath) → Exploring thoughts, emotions, and patterns that shape perception.
• Vijnanamaya Kosha (Wisdom Sheath) → Tapping into intuition, higher intelligence, and clarity.
• Anandamaya Kosha (Bliss Sheath) → Experiencing peace, bliss, and connection with the true self.
As we move through these layers, we also connect them to the three dimensions of the mind: conscious, subconscious, and superconscious, making meditation a living, practical experience rather than an abstract idea.
We will also leverage the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali to understand where Meditation stands in terms of Self Realisation and God realisation.
What you will gain
By the end of this course, you will:
• Experience meditation as a systematic journey inward, not just a technique.
• Understand how your body, energy, mind, wisdom, and bliss interconnect.
• Learn to access deeper states of awareness and stillness.
• Strengthen your ability to hold awareness in meditation without distraction.
• Gain clarity on how the subconscious drives your patterns and how meditation can free you from them.
• Develop a personal practice that connects you with your superconscious wisdom.
• Learn Self-Healing Techniques which will make you independent of therapies.
The structure
• Duration: 15 hrs sessions over 5 weeks.
• Format: Interactive & experiential – guided meditations, reflective practices, and discussions.
• Style: Step-by-step systematic approach, making meditation accessible even to beginners.
Each session is designed to open one layer, integrate its experience, and prepare you for the next. This ensures that meditation becomes a progressive journey instead of a one-time practice.
