1:1Spiritual Mentoring

A practical, client-centred space to understand where you’re stuck right now and help you move to the very next step—without overwhelming you with abstract spiritual concepts. This work blends grounded conversation, gentle inquiry, and doable practices so change is felt in daily life, not just understood in theory.
How sessions work (step-by-step)
1. Intake & Mapping (Listen)
• We begin with a intake to understand your current situation, patterns, triggers, supports, and goals.
• We clarify one priority area for the session.
2. Insight Generation (Understand)
• Through reflective questions, somatic check-ins, and perspective shifts, we identify root themes (beliefs, fears, needs, boundaries).
• You’ll leave with language for what’s really happening beneath the surface.
3. Tools & Next Actions (Apply)
• I offer practical tools tailored to you (see examples below).
• We co-create a simple, realistic 7–14 day plan you can actually follow.
4. Integration & Review (Anchor)
• In the following session, we review what worked, remove friction, and build the next step—gradually, sustainably.
The focus is always: meet you where you are → one clear next step → consistent integration.
What makes this approach different
• Client-centred: your pace, your language, your lived reality.
• Practical first: direct, usable practices over heavy theory.
• One issue at a time: depth over overload.
• Gentle guidance: no forcing, no spiritual bypassing, no “shoulds.”
• Measurable change: small markers of progress you can notice week to week.
Examples of tools we may use (customised per person)
• Mind & emotions: thought records, pattern interruption, nervous-system down-regulation, boundary scripts, parts/inner-child check-ins.
• Somatic grounding: breath ratios, 5-sense grounding, micro-pauses, body scans.
• Clarity & choices: values sorting, decision frameworks, weekly priorities, compassionate self-inquiry prompts.
• Daily rhythm: morning/evening resets, tiny habit stacking, digital boundaries.
• Spiritual hygiene (practical): intention setting, gratitude tracking, simple presence practices (2–5 minutes).
What you’ll walk away with
• A clear articulation of the root pattern beneath the problem.
• One to three personalised practices to use daily.
• A short action plan (with check-in points).
• Greater calm, clarity, and confidence about your next step.
Who this is for
• You want practical help for anxiety, overwhelm, relationship friction, indecision, or repeating patterns.
• You’re curious about spirituality but prefer grounded guidance over abstract teachings.
• You value gentle, non-judgmental support and realistic steps you can implement now.
Note: The work is supportive and educational; it does not replace medical or psychiatric care. If something falls outside my scope, I’ll guide you to appropriate resources.
